Hyperice X 2 is a fully electronic contrast therapy device that delivers next-level performance with deeper cold, more powerful heat, and built-in compression—so you can warm up faster, recover smarter, and come back stronger. From athletes on the rise to weekend warriors (as ourselves) pushing limits and those coming back from injury or surgery, this is a device suited for you.

Together with Hyperice, we developed a product brand identity for the X 2 family, incl. Knee and Shoulder. The identity is built primarily around a color space reflecting the product’s contrast therapy technology—transitioning from cold to warm gradients—paired with a contrasting black and white. The colors are integrated in a combination of expressive photography of real people with carefully crafted product visuals, creating a balance between human connection and product storytelling.

In addition, we created a new custom display typeface that is an integrated element of Hyperice’s products featuring display screens. A type system was established as a foundation of consistency, while offering flexibility to handle a wide range of text sizes and design needs. The project was further brought to life with product renders and a launch film crafted by Someform Studio.
